Packaged Pump Stations in a GRP Chamber
A MIAH prefabricated GRP pump station is a complete underground lift station delivered as one unit: a corrosion-proof glass-reinforced-plastic (GRP) wet well with the submersible pumps, guide rails, pipework, valves, level controls and access cover already installed. Set it on a base slab, connect the inlet, rising main and power, backfill — and it is in service.
Compared with a cast-in-place concrete chamber, a GRP station is lighter, faster to install, watertight for life and immune to the hydrogen-sulphide attack that destroys concrete sewage chambers. It is the standard solution for stormwater, sewage and drainage lift stations across villas, communities, commercial developments, roads and industrial sites in the UAE.

Typical Applications

Stormwater Pump Stations
High-flow drainage stations for car parks, basements, underpasses, roads and plot drainage where gravity discharge is not possible.

Sewage Lift Stations
Duty/standby sewage stations lifting foul water from low-lying developments to the municipal network or a treatment plant.

Villa & Residential
Compact single-villa and small-community stations, DN 800 – DN 1200, with quiet submersible pumps and a garden-friendly cover.

Commercial & Communities
Larger stations for towers, malls, labour camps, schools and master-planned communities, with telemetry to the FM control room.

Road & Underpass Drainage
Municipality-grade stormwater stations for highways, tunnels and underpasses, with N+1 redundancy and standby power provision.

Industrial Effluent
Chemically resistant GRP laminates and stainless pumps for factories, workshops and food plants with aggressive effluent.

Irrigation & TSE
Treated sewage effluent (TSE) and irrigation transfer stations for landscaping networks, with filtration and dosing options.

GRP Valve Chambers & Manholes
Matching GRP valve chambers, flow-meter chambers and manholes supplied with the station for a fully corrosion-proof installation.

Why Prefabricated GRP?
Corrosion-Proof for Life
GRP is immune to H₂S, sulphates, saline groundwater and chemical attack — no coatings, no linings, no concrete repair every few years.
Installed in a Day
A crane lifts the complete station onto the base slab; connect and backfill. Weeks of shuttering, casting and curing are gone.
Watertight
One-piece chamber with factory-bonded connections — no joints to leak, no groundwater infiltration, no exfiltration.
Lightweight
A fraction of the weight of concrete — smaller crane, easier transport, safer lifting on tight sites.
Factory Tested
Pumps, valves, level control and panel are fitted and function-tested in our workshop before dispatch.
Lower Whole-Life Cost
Self-cleaning benching, smooth walls and corrosion-free components cut maintenance for the life of the station.
To quote a station we need: design inflow (l/s) or population equivalent, inlet invert level, ground level, rising-main length and diameter, discharge level, and whether the cover is in a landscaped or trafficked area. Send a site plan or drainage drawing if you have one.
