Containerized Pump Stations

Plug-and-Play Pump Stations in a Container

A MIAH containerized pump station is a complete pumping plant — pumps, manifolds, valves, control panel, power distribution, air-conditioning and lighting — installed, wired and tested inside a new ISO shipping container. It arrives on a truck, is set on a prepared pad, and is pumping the same day: connect suction, discharge and power, and start.

For remote sites, temporary works, phased developments and hot-climate installations, a container replaces a full pump-house build. There is no civil structure to design, no roof to wait for, and no exposed equipment. When the project moves, so does the station.

Typical Applications

Water Booster & Transmission

Water Booster & Transmission

Multi-pump booster stations for potable networks, high-rise supply, transmission mains and tank-to-tank transfer with VFD pressure control.

Irrigation & Landscaping

Irrigation & Landscaping

Master irrigation pump stations for farms, golf courses, parks and roadside landscaping — with filtration, fertigation dosing and remote monitoring.

Fire Pump Rooms

Fire Pump Rooms

NFPA 20 compliant containerized fire pump rooms: electric and diesel main pumps, jockey pump, controllers, fuel tank and ventilation — a fire pump house delivered as one unit.

Sewage & Drainage Lift Stations

Sewage & Drainage Lift Stations

Above-ground packaged lift stations with dry-mounted or self-priming sewage pumps, odour control and level automation — no deep wet well excavation.

Dewatering & Construction Water

Dewatering & Construction Water

Relocatable stations for site dewatering, groundwater control, concrete batching supply and camp water for temporary works.

Industrial & District Cooling

Industrial & District Cooling

Chilled water, condenser water and process cooling pump stations for plants, data centres and district-cooling ETS rooms.

RO / Treatment Feed

RO / Treatment Feed

Raw-water intake, RO feed and high-pressure pump stations with pre-filtration, chemical dosing and instrumentation in one enclosure.

Oil & Gas Utilities

Oil & Gas Utilities

Utility water, firewater and transfer pump packages for remote well sites, camps and terminals — Zone 2 rated options available.

Why Containerized?

Faster

Built in our workshop while your site is being prepared. Typical delivery in 8–14 weeks; installation and commissioning in days, not months.

No Pump House

No civil design, foundations, roofing or MEP fit-out. A level pad and utility connections are all the site needs.

Protected Equipment

Pumps and panels live in a secure, insulated, climate-controlled enclosure — critical for UAE summers, sand and remote locations.

Relocatable

Lift it, truck it, set it down. Ideal for temporary works, phased masterplans and rental fleets.

Fully Factory Tested

Every station is hydro-tested and run under load at our facility — witnessed FAT available — so start-up on site holds no surprises.

One Point of Contact

MIAH designs, builds, delivers, commissions and services the station. One contract, one warranty, one phone number.

Site requirements are minimal: a level concrete or compacted pad, suction and discharge tie-in points, and a power feed (or space for our generator). We provide the foundation drawing, load data and tie-in details with every order.
